Sol2Noches was born from the friendship of its four co-founders, who discovered in sotol a source of celebration, connection, and authenticity. Their shared vision gave rise to a brand that values tradition while embracing innovation.
The company places special emphasis on sustainability. They harvest dasylirion, a plant known as the “desert spoon,” in the wild areas of the Chihuahuan Desert. To protect the ecosystem, they train harvesters to avoid destroying the plants and instead allow for their natural regeneration, ensuring that the practice remains respectful and enduring.
Sol2Noches has already achieved international recognition. Its sotol received Double Gold at the 2025 Bartender Spirits Awards with an impressive score of 98 points, a distinction that highlights the quality, complexity, and authenticity of the spirit.
