GUAVA TOBALITA
A bold and well-balanced cocktail that highlights the essence of Tobalá mezcal. Smoky, herbal notes blend seamlessly with the natural sweetness of guava nectar and the brightness of freshly squeezed lemon juice. A touch of agave syrup smooths the profile, while a salt or Tajín rim adds contrast and depth.
Refreshing, complex, and authentic—an experience that honors mezcal tradition with a modern tropical twist.

shake vigorously for about 10-15
seconds until it is very cold. - Serve: Place fresh ice in the frosted
glass and strain the mixture inside. - Decorate: Add the guava or lemon slice
