La Que Manda Mezcal Espadin

This mezcal is made from mature 8-year-old Espadín agave (Agave angustifolia). The agave is cooked in a conical stone oven and then fermented in pine wood tubs. The distillation process is done in copper stills.

Handcrafted with agave grown under the shadows of the Sierra mountains of the state of Jalisco, the agave maximiiana extracts unique flavors and colors representative of our blessed land. Raicilla is an elixir waiting to be discovered; its flavor is strong and powerful. Our production is limited annually, which makes our product premium quality. “HANDMADE”
