Strawberry and Mezcal
- This is one of the cocktails that integrates mezcal, strawberry and chili in its preparation; its combination of sweet, citrus and spicy flavors has become the favorite base for many people.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 4 strawberries
- 1 1/2 oz of mezcal Espadin Meztlan
- 4 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 1 oz strawberry liqueur
- Garnish: frost the glass with chili powder (optional)
Elaboration
- Cut the strawberries into slices and mix
together with the sugar in a cocktail
shaker. - Add the rest of the ingredients with a
little ice and shake again.
