  • A smoky and tangy cocktail that highlights mezcal with the sweet-sour depth of tamarind and a touch of agave.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz tamarind Canoa fruit purée
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz Nizzkhal Mezcal
  • 1 oz agave syrup

Elaboration

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add Nizzkhal Mezcal, tamarind purée, lime juice, and agave syrup.
  • Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  • Strain into a martini-style glass with a chili or spiced rim.
